Dymicron has initiated a clinical research study to support the Triadyme®-C cervical artificial disc. The Triadyme-C is a cervical artificial disc that can be implanted between C3-C7 in skeletally mature patients after a cervical discectomy to provide restoration of motion to the spinal segment.
This 1-Level US IDE clinical trial is enrolling patients in a multi-center, non-randomized, historically controlled study designed to show that the Triadyme-C cervical artificial disc is as safe and effective as an Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) procedure to treat a degenerated cervical disc at one level.
All patients in this study will receive the Triadyme-C cervical artificial disc and will be followed for at least 2 years.
